Setting your Foundations

Once you take your first steps towards winning work with a big company, a Government Department, or even a Not for Profit organisation, you’ll very quickly discover that there are a few ‘must-have’ items.  without these, you can’t even line up at the starting blocks.

03

Simplify the Complexity

Your big customers demand consistent and reliable service. Robust, documented systems are the only way to achieve this goal.

Simplify the Complexity

Understand how supply chains work

Once you have understood how supply chains work, and how big customers think, the next step is to work on your ‘pre-qualification’ requirements.

04

Make yourself known

If you’re not online, you don’t exist. Your big customers will search for and research you online. Be there, and be credible.

Make yourself known

Make yourself known

How do you get on the radar of your target customers, and find out what work is available for your company?

05

Tell your story

The days of a handshake deal over a coffee or beer are over. Well written proposals and tenders that tell your individual story and demonstrate your value are the new normal.

Tell your story

What is your story?

You need to tell it well, tell it through your tender and proposal documents.
